Beaches

La Granadella Beach

This gorgeous beach near Jávea and very close to Villa Munt Almar, is known as La Granadella and its seagrass beds make it perfect for snorkelling.

It is known for its sheer beauty even though it is shingly rather than sandy. The cove is horseshoe shaped and has a Blue Flag status. Its calm sapphire waters are  flanked by a dense forrest of emerald Aleppo trees.

Arenal  Beach

A  beautiful sandy beach with  plenty to do in the area.

It is the town's only beach, but it has safe swimming and space for a lot of attractions.

Volleyball nets, climbing frames provide hours or endless fun for the kids and grown ups alike. There is even a jet ski safari which is a great two hour long experience.

Sometimes the beach can be quite crowded, but the atmosphere is great. It gives you a good holiday feeling.

La Baracca

A nice authentic beach with a restaurant tucked away round the corner tucked away to the south side of the beach.

The cliffs provide for spectacular views as does the aquamarine coloured Mediterranean water.

The restaurant is slightly inconsistent, on good days the paella is mouthwatering, on other days it can be a bit off.

Remember to book a place a day in advance, since it can get quite busy, even though the place can be troublesome to find.
